Application Deadline for Green Tech Startup Booster has been extended until October 17th
“Skolkovo” Foundation (VEB Group.RF) and the Moscow Innovation Cluster extended the application deadline for Green Tech Startup Booster environmental protection competition until October 17th.

“Skolkovo” Foundation (VEB Group.RF) and the Moscow Innovation Cluster extended the application deadline for Green Tech Startup Booster environmental protection competition until October 17th. Applications are accepted in the following fields: low-carbon economy, closed-loop economy, digital Eco monitoring, clean planet, ecology of extreme climatic zones and safe environment.

The best startups will be able to launch a pilot project with corporate customers and partners of the competition, and after successfully completing all stages, attract investments, enter the Russian and international markets. All participants will receive support and coaching from mentors from partner corporations, feedback from experts, and access to a community of like-minded entrepreneurs.

The attention of the partners of the Green Tech Startup Booster competition is focused on ready-to-launch technologies or products that correspond to the streams of the program. At the time of application submission for the competition, the project team must be formed.

Oleg Dubnov, Vice President, Executive Director of Energy Efficiency Technologies Cluster at “Skolkovo” Foundation: "We decided to extend the application deadline until October 17 to provide an opportunity for the maximum number of companies to join the program. This will expand the funnel of projects that may be in demand by our industrial partners."

Participation in the development program allows start-ups to receive not only mentoring support, but also real tools for scaling innovative solutions. The Moscow government actively supports such initiatives and is ready to assist in bringing promising "green" technologies to Russian and international markets."

The program is organized by “Skolkovo” Foundation and the Moscow Innovation Cluster (MIC) with the support of Moscow Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovative Development, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation.

More than 20 large international and Russian corporations are partners of this program. General Partner - Yakutsk Fuel and Energy Company (YATEK), strategic partners - Accenture, Gazpromenergoholding, official partner bank - Gazprombank, official partners - Total Energies, Norilsk Nickel, Sibur, Helyx, Gazpromneft, Mosenergo, Severstal, TMK, Almaz Group, Tatneft. The program will also be supported by EDF, Enel, and Ilim.
